We will explore your medical history & current symptoms on body, mind & emotional/spirit levels, followed by a comprehensive, specifically designed first needling treatment. It is advised to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to your appointment. Enjoy a moderate meal at least two hours before your appointment time and hydrate adequately.
